為免給予錯誤信息予其他員工,公司政策必須予以執行。

公司政策明文規定,縱使員工希望提早離職,不論原因合理不合理,必須給予代通知金,以免讓其他員工產生錯覺以為任何情況都可以隨便離開公司。

查實,當到達要擔心員工會產生這種錯覺的地步,公司政策的真正名稱為:鴕鳥政策。

我之所以話係鴕鳥政策,係公司呢種既硬性規定,其實係逃避(or 忽視)左員工工作態度(or 士氣)既真正原因(例如主管因素)。一面倒嘛...

我諗有樣野好重要,就係有咁大個頭,先好戴咁大頂帽,亦唔應該格硬日日腦充血去谷大自己個頭,好容易爆血管。

(曾經響某個seminar問過郭太個HR頭頭一條“簡單”問題,個答案唔係官腔,而係失望。)
