血氣攻心

又係血!

該煨囉,又黎Bloody Sunday。(唔知可唔可以寫入Wiki呢?)

今次輪到界親食指,成半寸長;拿,唔好嫌短呀,隻纖纖食指差唔多斷開一半呀。要成半個鐘先止到血。唉。陰功咯。可憐咯。做下好心咯。


要睇真d係咪真係咁難?

我係講佢果篇既留言。雖然渣老闆成日遊戲人間,但我今次真係好認真想留言者諗清楚。

好老實,冇人(即渣老闆)話過準時走有問題。唔明咩事要扯到話準時走有問題。

但冇問題唔代表冇野反映倒出黎,尤其反映請人之慮(咪以為做人上司老闆就點點點開心先得假)。第一日返工準時走,周不時都會,做人事做老闆做上司既全部都見慣見熟,都唔會當一回事。但你話唔擔心,就肯定假既。若果「擔心出現問題」等於「覺得返工一定唔可以準時走」呢個邏輯就真係大有問題。

睇漏眼,唔係問題,你點睇渣老闆篇野都唔係問題,但肯定反映左你自己有否原先理解(即定見、甚至成見)。

個個放工都想準時,準時出糧,以合約精神講,天經地義。不過,若果返工淨係關乎合約精神,咁,我諗返工對於老闆黎講根本冇乜意義囉。

好老闆(上司)當然會「盡量」亦唔想下屬開OT,不過,若果唔係講緊做廠或者真係可以好定時,否則,就好容易脫離現實,除非你份工個角色對於老闆根本可有可無,或者好容易被其他人取代。(拿,睇清楚,唔係講果份工,而係講個角色!)

不過某d老闆上司們,唔好再深究新一代係點同你(甚至我)果一代點點點唔同勒,諗定對策,調整自己個心態仲好啦,何況我地都做過人地新一代

好耐之前有人講過,鎚哥哥又講,我呢,第一次講。

相對呢,Wiki個解釋就冇咁負能量,又可以睇下CK今日有講,睇佢點詮釋「積極人生」。

我睇到既 Peter Principle,完全唔係講現實係咁咁咁,所以唯有面對現實。係,現實係咁,但用番Randy Pausch 果句(抄自某review): The brick walls are there for a reason. They're not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something.

不如試下大聲話比自己聽想要乜。

我雖然係工廠妹,但唔係做件工,做多一個鍾就可以出多一個鍾頭既貨,在我身上係apply唔到既....所以,我一直奉行Optimal performance....既係唔ot。

所以, 第一日返工佢是否準時走,
對我唔係問題
反而, 最大鑊係唔知佢做幾耐。

而新一代, 佢地睇自己既喜好/前境
同上一化真係唔同
上一代/上上一代,
好多時會傾向俾個機會自己,
睇下是否適合呢份工
同埋, 上上一代, 好多時會諗下自己想唔想做果份工先申請

結論: 新一代真係比較易一返即閃,
你話我偏見都係O甘話

呢D應該係時代發展卦
做老板, 一定要預埋呢下野
當係RUNNING COST

您界親隻手指, 嚴重嗎? 有無影響您日常工作呀(不過您打到字就應該無大礙)。

不過, N年前, 就發生一件嚴重受傷兼震撼成間舊公司的辦公室流血事件:話說有位文職人員(正值打工的第6個年頭), 在工作期間使用鎅刀切割文件時, 唔小心鎅o左自己左手無名指(正確而言係鎅刀切o左那無名指頂端肉小位置), 當場血流如流, 嚇得在場的auditors及管理層一跳(按:當日係考緊ISO Audit), 就算用幾多抹血紙都不能止血。

幸好是在醫院內辦公室內發生, 該名員工被帶到急症室, 等了不足三十分鐘就得到醫治之餘(因為保守估計, 唔見了100cc血, 當時仲未止血, 病人亦開始見頭暈), 更俾了足足3個月的工傷病假(然而該員工因本身工作量大, 無人頂替其位, 唔想影響正常行政運作, 於是只好上午返工, 下午返診所洗傷口); 仲因係當時傷得幾嚴重, 喪失了0.05%工作能力, 亦得到工傷賠償。

而那位文職人員就係我, 幸好都生番指頭肉出來, 仲可以正常工作。

但係呢, 我上星期三在返工途中pk了!當時已經慢慢地行, 但係因為要帶埋暖水壺(內有飲用中藥)和飯盒, d野好重但力氣少, 右腳俾渠蓋突出的位置click倒(好彩有位好心姐姐扶我起身), 左邊"菠蘿蓋"花o左, 要搽藥膏, 唔跑得!

陰功咯。可憐咯。小心呀您!

I have been watching the US version of "The Office" which of course is fictitious. But I do enjoy laughing at the boss-emloyees relationships and their "team" building efforts.

Thanks! Haha, we did have a similar sort of comedy here! (One of my focus of studies is LMX - leader-member exchange, that may be quite about boss-subordinate relationship. One may find it pretty interesting if one likes "the Office".)

Wow, that's interesting !!! Has anyone done research on LMX in a cross-culture situation? For example:

L = leader/boss of Chinese background

M = team member/subordinate(s) from a western culture

X = a western society or environment

事原前年有一次我自己一個係屋企唸住煮麵落條菜喇,點知一批...頂!d血好似開水喉咁...我唯有用另一隻手捏住受傷既手指等佢快d結焦止血喇,不過半粒鐘之後都仲未止到血,唯有咧咁嘿咁走落管理處求救。d阿伯二話不說就整枝藥油我嘆,喇到我痴左,咁d血就唔知點解停左咯!

That's an excellent inquisition. Sorry for I cannot answer your question in a cultural sense. And I have focused my LMX studies on specific traits (e.g. Growth-Needs Strength) instead of on a set of criteria (e.g. culture, personality). But I do find quite a few topics over cross-cultural studies related to LMX by http://scholar.google.com/

To me, the term (cultural) "background" is an entire collection of traits. "Cross-cultural Management" or "Expatriate Management" may be more relevant to a broad set of traits than LMX alone, unless you can identify the traits of Leader and of Member case by case. You may look for studies by Professor Shaffer. She is one of the well-known scholar in expatriate management in HK.

This is interesting... totally agree C.M.'s interpretation on Charcoal's blog+this passage. I couldn't see any -ve assumption nor any mistrust neither. I guess that Charcoal was just trying to laugh at himself or to make the bitterness of SME boss more vivid. .....at the last minute to 5.00pm, one would be conditioned to recall the mental picture of previous "one night stand"s. So normal, I think youngsters made too many presumption and as you say antagonistic mentality... Cognitively speaking, not enough mental flexibility to see the common ground between two parties (boss and employee as a special case)

Yeah, I spotted that too. I am thinking if this is also true for all generations passing down the years. If not, social factors may be accountable for this specific observation. I am really curious about this.

A year ago I left a comment on someone's blog over "a new thing to me" and an "seemingly" fresh graduate had complained about my "general" inquisition. That fresh graduate also presumed that I were making a hostile inquisition. Um...

Perhaps, you are right. We all presume more without being aware of it ourselves when we were young. Perhaps in youngsters' mind, there number of "choices" (perspectives) are limited.

Antagonistic mentality is everywhere, otherwise, communism or welfare state won't have market.
.... I guess antagonistic mentality is an important member of our social ecosystem.

BTW, someone left a question, so I answered it.... violated my plan!
